IRF24 Build-Up and Break-Down Schedule
To ensure a seamless and organised event, please take note of the specific build-up and break-down time schedule for your stands:
Build-Up Schedule:
Date: Wednesday 12.06 8:00 – Thursday 13.06 10:00
IRF24 Opening Time: Thursday 13.06 at 14:00
During the build-up period, you will have ample time to set up your stands, arrange your products, and make necessary preparations to create an engaging and attractive display for attendees.
Break-Down Schedule:
Date: Sunday 16.06 from 06:00 till 18:00
IRF24 Closing Time: Sunday 16.06 at 12:00
After an exhilarating event, the break-down period allows you to efficiently dismantle your stands and pack up. We kindly request all exhibitors and vendors to adhere to the designated break-down time schedule to ensure a smooth exit for participants.
Important Information and Guidelines for Exhibitors
- Stand Specifications: Please review the provided specifications (IRF24 Exhibitor Registration Form) to ensure your setup fits within the allocated space.
- Electricity and Utilities: If your exhibit requires access to electricity or other utilities, please indicate your requirements during the registration process to make the necessary arrangements.
- Display Regulations: We kindly ask all exhibitors and vendors to comply with display regulations to maintain a safe environment for attendees and fellow participants. These regulations will be provided to you upon registration.
- Security Measures: Your safety and the security of your products are of utmost importance to us. We will have onsite security personnel to monitor the event area, but please take appropriate precautions to safeguard your belongings.

We have a secure parking facility available 24 hours a day during Indian Riders Fest. Our professional staff will keep your motorcycle safe while you enjoy the festival. The parking area is conveniently located by the festival grounds. Park up and enjoy the event worry-free.
LIVE PERFORMANCES
Indian Riders Fest 2024 has a rich entertainment program with live tribute bands from the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. Get ready to rock with classic hits! We also have DJ parties featuring video clips from that era.
