When and where does the IRF24 event take place?
From Thursday 13 June until Sunday 16 June 2024. The Indian Riders Fest central location is in the exhibition area situated 1 km from the city center. The Indian Riders Fest will take place from Thursday, June 13th to Sunday, June 16th, 2024. The event will be held at the exhibition area located just 1 km away from the city center. Join us at Husova třida 523/30, 370 05 České Budějovice for an incredible experience filled with motorcycles, entertainment, and camaraderie.

Will I be able to camp on-site?
Absolutely! You are welcome to camp on-site during the Indian Riders Fest. Small tents accommodating a maximum of 2 persons can be set up in the main event area at no additional cost. However, please note that bringing big tents or campers/trailers will require special permission and an IRF23 Camper & Caravans ticket. Indulge in the full festival experience and enjoy the convenience of staying close to all the action. Happy camping!
Where can I buy tickets for the IRF24?
To purchase tickets for IRF24, please visit the official IRF online store. This is the exclusive platform where you can buy your tickets for the event. Don’t miss out on the early bird discount, which is valid until October 31, 2023. Get ready for an incredible experience at IRF24!
What about motorcycle parking arrangements during the event?
Rest assured, parking for motorcycles will be well taken care of at the event. A monitored and guarded parking area will be available for all riders throughout the entire duration of the event in the expo area. Security guards will diligently oversee the entrance and exit of each motorcycle. To ensure the safety and proper identification of each motorcycle, the ID numbers on the rider’s wristband and motorcycle’s ID tag must match. If there is a discrepancy, the motorcycle will not be allowed to exit. In such cases, the event organization will work closely with the legal owner of the motorcycle to resolve the issue. Your peace of mind and the security of your motorcycle are of utmost importance to us.
What is the allowed alcohol limit for driving in the Czech Republic?
There is no allowed alcohol limit for driving. It is strictly prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol. However, free shuttle bus services are available from the main event area to the city center and selected hotels. Additionally, for all IRF participants, public city transport is free of charge during the event.
Where can I purchase lottery tickets?
You can purchase lottery tickets and have an opportunity to win fantastic prizes, including a brand new Indian custom Motorcycle. Lottery tickets are available for purchase at the IRF merchandise shop and can also be obtained from our IRF hostesses who will be selling tickets throughout the entire event.
Will there be organised rides in South Bohemia for exploring the region?
Yes, there will be prepared rides available fro free for all riders in South Bohemia. These rides can be found on our website. Additionally, guided tours will be available for all IRF24 ticket holders starting from November 2023. However, please note that there are limited spots available for the guided tours, so it is recommended to book your tour in advance.
I want to attend, but I don't own an Indian Motorcycle.
Don’t worry! The event welcomes riders of all brands. You are more than welcome to join, regardless of the motorcycle brand you ride.
What options are there for accommodation?
You can book directly with the main IRF24 partner 4**** Hotel Clarion through the IRF online store. Simply choose the type of accommodation that best suits your needs. In addition to Hotel Clarion, there are also many other hotels and smaller pensions in and around Ceske Budejovice that you can explore.
Is it necessary to print my IRF24 ticket to register in person?
No, you do not need a printed copy of your ticket to check-in. Simply save a copy of the PDF e-ticket on your smartphone. Printing a copy is optional and can be done if you prefer.
Will there be a Parade Ride?
Yes, there will be a Parade Ride on Saturday, June 15th, with departure around 11:00 am. For safety reasons, the ride will have a police escort and all crossroads will be closed off to other traffic. The ride is approximately 40 km long, so it’s important to have enough gas to make it back. Please note that no stops are planned during the ride to ensure the safety of the group and comply with regulations. All riders and passengers must adhere to traffic laws and regulations and wear protective gear, including helmets.
Can I test ride an Indian motorcycle at the Indian Riders Fest 2024?
Certainly! You can enjoy free demo rides of the latest Indian Motorcycle models at the event. To participate in the demo rides, you have the option to register in advance through the online demo ride booking system or register on-site at the event.
I have purchased a ticket for IRF24, but I am unable to attend. Can I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available after the statutory period of 14 days. However, you can transfer your ticket to a friend with a small exchange fee. For more information or read our “Terms & Conditions” for further details.
I would like to arrive earlier than Thursday, June 13th, to explore the South Bohemian region. Can you assist me with that?
Exploring the South Bohemian region on a motorcycle is a fantastic experience. There are plenty of small roads that lead to unique locations. If you let us know your plans, we will do our best to assist you and provide any necessary information or help for your early arrival.
