PRACTICAL INFO

From the north (České Budějovice): D3 / E55 motorway, then towards Vyšší Brod → Lipno nad Vltavou.

Via Český Krumlov: Český Krumlov → Černá v Pošumaví → Frymburk → Lipno.

From the south (Austria): from Linz / Freistadt, take the S10 / E55.

 

Guarded 24/7: P5 (Landal Marina Lipno, IRF Welcome Area) and P0 (along the promenade). We strongly recommend P0 or P5. Parking at the accommodation apartments is not guarded — equivalent to street parking and not the responsibility of the IRF organisers.

The gastro zone (food & beverage) is cashless, using the NFCtron wristband — no cash, no cards, no queues at the till. You collect your wristband when you arrive and top up at the on-site stations. Any unused balance can be refunded free of charge through NFCtron within 14 days after the festival, straight to your bank account (some banks may apply their own fees). The cashless system applies to the gastro zone only.

Free entry for: children up to 15 (with a responsible adult), persons with disabilities, companions of persons with disabilities, and persons over 70. Valid ID or proof of eligibility must be presented at the gate.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.

First aid and fire brigade are on site throughout the festival. Lost & found is at the Info Stand, next to the Indian Village.

The security team may inspect bags at their discretion before entry. Forbidden items must be removed before entry; refusing inspection or to hand over a forbidden item means no admission.

Not permitted: weapons of any kind or objects that could cause harm; illegal drugs and other prohibited substances; pyrotechnics, fireworks and flares; your own alcoholic drinks; glass bottles and metal cans; drones and other remote-controlled aircraft; professional photo/video equipment without accreditation; and anything the security team judges to be a risk.
